Henry Clay Prom Information
Date: Saturday, May 4, 2023 at The Carrick House
Time: 8 to 11 p.m.
Cost: $40
Tickets will be sold Wednesday, April 10 - Friday, April 26, 2024 in the BIG Connector of the Cafeteria from 12:00 p.m. to 1:10 p.m, daily.
In addition, tickets will be sold from 4 to 6 p.m. in front of the school April 17, 18, 24, and 25.
Guest forms are required for any guest who is NOT a Henry Clay Junior or Senior. That guest form must be PRINTED with all necessary signatures AND you must have a photocopy (PRINTED) of your guest's photo ID--school ID with their photo, driver's license, passport, etc.
Please read the following information carefully! All deadlines are firm dates/times. In addition, I linked a video that also explains the process.
- Mr. Ratliff and Mrs. Minor will meet with Seniors Wednesday, April 10th during Advisory and Mrs. Minor will meet with Junior Advisories starting March 19-27.
- You will receive a guest form at that time. If you need a form before that date, see Mrs. Minor in Room 143.
- Make sure you plan ahead and get signatures on the guest form ASAP and get a PRINTED photocopy of your guests ID to submit with the completed guest form AT THE TIME OF YOUR PURCHASE.
- All Prom guests must bring their photo ID for entry to Prom.
- If you plan to purchase a guest ticket, you must purchase your ticket and your guest ticket at the same time--no exceptions
- All tickets purchases are CASH only!
- You and your guest must arrive to Prom together.
- All persons and purses are subject to search by security before entering the event.
- All guests must arrive before 10 PM and no guest can leave prior to 8:30 p.m.
- There is no re-entry into Prom after you leave.
- No outside food or drink permitted at the event.
- No refunds, exchanges, or transfers of tickets.
- All guests will be verified by Administration to be sure there are no Board policy violations on their record. Those students will not be permitted to attend the event.
