Once online registration is complete please email a copy of the following documents to oluwatoyin.elamin@fayette.kyschools.us

*2 proofs of residence, such as a property deed or current lease agreement in parent/guardian's name AND a secondary document such as a current utility bill.  To determine your child's school use the SchoolSite Locator tool at http://apps.schoolsitelocator.com/?districtcode=91455

Other requirements:

*Copy of Photo ID of parent/guardian

*Copy of child's birth certificate or to see a list of acceptable alternatives click here.

*Copy of Up-to-date Kentucky immunization certificate
